Okay, so maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the expectations placed on you like studying, doing well on tests, and actually staying awake during class. Perhaps you are new to college and are finding it difficult to balance your studies AND have an amazing social life. Or maybe you are about to graduate and the thought of the “real world” is intimidating.
Do you miss your family and friends back home? Do you feel that you are not making connections on campus? Are you wishing you could better understand your boyfriend/girlfriend? I know, it’s stressful but this is the stuff that helps you grow into a well-rounded person.
Do you ever wish you had someone to talk to that could actually help you stay on track; someone that could support you no matter what you were going through?
As your campus life coach I will:
Encourage, inspire, motivate, challenge and support you.
Assist you in finding the answers that will help you achieve your personal and academic goals.
Listen to your concerns about college such as …
- not knowing what to major in.
- being overwhelmed by your workload.
- roommate issues.
- how and when to decide on a career.
- fitting in.
- missing home.
