With the help of a Life Coach, students deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.
Coaching sessions are usually 30-45 minutes and can be effective either in person or over the phone.
In sessions we will explore:
We will begin the coaching relationship by identifying what actions you need to take and what quality of life shifts need to occur for you to be balanced and fulfilled right now.
We will also use this time to establish our coaching alliance (e.g., define how we want to work together, discuss what you're looking for in a coach, identify the areas to focus on during our sessions).
Future sessions will be used to explore where you are right now in your life, develop and review your action plan, share current challenges and successes and deepen your learning. I'll ask powerful questions, check progress and hold accountability, all while guiding the self-discovery process. I'll coach around whatever comes up in the moment while ensuring that your goals are always being held.
You will usually have a thought-provoking question to reflect on and some type of action to take before the next session. These assignments will help you to continue revealing valuable insights, have a new perspective on a situation, and keep you moving forward. Much of the time, quality learning comes during the time you spend engaging with these questions/ actions in between the coaching sessions.
